TESCO STRONGER START
We are through to the second stage of the Tesco's Stonger Starts and have the opportunity to get funding for our super 'in touch with Nature' project which will provide free curriculum-based nature activities in the Forest Gate Community Garden for local children and their parents, especially those with no access to outdoor space.
All you have to do is next time you pick up some shopping ask for a token to be added to the Forest Gate Community Garden bid. This counts as a vote.

Newhams Co-Create Award
We have recently been awarded Newhams Co-create People Powered Places award.
This is to make structural changes to the garden, including an all weather shelter, a wheelchair path, create new signage and have a series of nature inspired creative workshops and gardening with nature sessions. Please read all about our proposal here.
Everybody is welcome to attend any of our sessions, events or activities that we host in the Garden. We hope to meet you soon.
