Bloomin' Forest Gate is coming!

Join the community planting day this Saturday 16th November, during which local volunteers will be planting hundreds of bulbs around Forest Gate. There are a number of options in terms of getting involved which include the following:

- Meet at The Gate Library for 10am this Saturday. Priorities to plant will be the church-yard of Emmanuel Church and other local green spaces
- Meet at the Corner of Capel Road at 10am to plant up the flower bed in this location and to then move on to other green spaces for planting
- Meet outside the Forest Gate Learning Zone at 11am, to help plant up the large planter on the corner of Woodford Road and Dames Road, plus the lavender bed running alongside the learning zone on Dames Rd and other local green spaces

Groups are likely to be out for a number of hours, however you are welcome to support in any way and with as much time as you can spare.
